The Food!

The food is and always has been what it's all about at Fireworks. As soon as you step into the place, you will likely notice a conspicuously placed gigantic stone oven with an open hearth. Well folks let me tell you, this is not just for looks. This is a very special oven, used religiously by many great chefs including Wolfgang Puck, a dude who prett much changed pizza forever. Of course, not everything we do comes out of that oven. There are in fact two kitchens in Fireworks. The one you see with the stone oven, and the one you don't see where the rest of the magic happens. The whole Fireworks culinary orchestra is conducted by chef Matthew Blau who brings his formidable skill and imagination to create and maintain a constantly changing menu of dishes to please all palates. The award winning food at Fireworks covers everything from the most classic, to the most innovative and inspired dishes you will find anywhere in New England. If you have a dish you'd like to see at Fireworks, whether you're seen it here before or not, let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen. If you've tried something here and would like to try it at home, give us a shout and we'll get you a recipe if at all possible.
