Fireworks restaurant was first opened in 2008 in Brattleboro Vermont, by James Beard Foundation accredited chef Matthew Blau and his wife Kristin Anderson of Max's Restaurant and Metropolis Wine Bar. In 2011 we opened our Keene NH store and the rest is history. After selling the Vermont location in 2016, the Keene restaurant is now the one and only Fireworks.
With a focus on delicious, accessible, unfussy food, Fireworks works with local farmers and producers to use local and regional organic products whenever possible. The centerpiece of the restaurant is a 6000 pound stone oven that brings the rustic flavors of the mediterranean into everything it touches.
The bartenders behind our 20 foot black granite bar follow the same innovative approach to cocktails that our chefs use in the kitchen. Creative, delicious cocktails using fresh infusions or herbs,spices and fruits.
